How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with any of the products(s) you received you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days after receipt of the delivery. We cannot accept returns for any opened or used products. Purchasers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and/or exchanges not attributed to product defects.

The product(s) must be returned in the following manner:

  • Prior to returning any products to us, you must email us at customerservice@unahairproducts.com and provide us with the reason for your return/exchange request. This email must contain details of each product to be returned; product name, quantity being returned and reason for return.
  • Your request will be reviewed and if we determine the products are to be returned, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and an address that the products are to be returned to.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include original packing material. You must ensure that products are packaged appropriately so that no damage occurs during the return process.
  • Products must be in resalable condition otherwise you will not receive a refund.

If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit, we will gladly exchange it so long as we are notified within 48 hours after receipt of the delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Details
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address and your order has already shipped, we will do our very best to have your order re-routed to the correct address. This may not always be possible so your order will be returned to us if marked as undeliverable by the courier company or the post office. If your order is returned within 10 business days due to the incorrect information you provided and there are no damaged products, we will refund the amount you paid less any shipping costs*. If it is returned after 10 business days we will email you a credit note, less any shipping costs*

If your order is returned to us and there is damage to any product(s) in transit, due to this incorrect address, we will email you a credit note, less any shipping charges* and the cost of the damaged item(s).

If we have shipped your order incorrectly we will refund the shipping costs to you for the return of the incorrect product(s) and ship you the correct product(s) at no additional costs.

All refunds will be refunded back to the original credit card that the merchandise was purchased on.
